What kind of guarantee do you offer?
If at any time you are not satisfied with our work, just give us a call and we will make it right. Guaranteed!

Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No -- We can start and stop your service over the phone or using our online scheduling service. There are no contract, minimum service period or advance notice to cancel service.

How do I get started with service?

Is there an extra charge for the first time?
We will add $20 on to your first monthly charge and this covers the first hour.  After that we bill at $45/per hour. 
Can I schedule a one time only service or spring clean up?
Sure! A one time only, or short-term service can be easily arranged.  The charge is $45/hour with a one hour minimum.
What types of payment do you accept?
We autocharge once a month with a debit or credit card.

When is payment due?
We autocharge once a month.  Your start date of service depends the monthly billing cycle.

Can I put my service on hold?
Yes - If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard, we can hold service and you will be given a credit towards your future service. Please note that if we arrive and your yard has accumulated waste, you may incur a clean up fee.

Do you work during the winter months?
Yes, we work in the snow, rain, wind and sunshine - all year round.

What if there is extreme weather?
We'll work in most weather, but in the case of extreme weather we may cancel service that day. We will do our best to make that lost day up the next day. If we are prevented from cleaning up all week, we will not charge for service.

What about holidays do you not work?
We do not work the following days:
New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will make up the day in the upcoming week.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes. The K9 Clean Up Crew is not allowed to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with the combination to the lock if that will be convenient for you. Please note that if we arrive at your yard and the gate is locked, you will still be charged for service that day.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; but if the dog will not let the worker into the yard or is aggressive or territorial, we ask that you keep the dog out of the area to be cleaned. Please note that if we arrive and your dog won't let us clean, you will still be charged for service that day.
